HOW IT WORKS:
Ordering a custom card is easy! Just call and I will guide you through the process start to finish.
1. Contact me with questions and to determine when I can start designing your card.
2. Once I receive all your MATERIALS I will design one or several layouts for your review, then send you a link to a web page containing your proofs: click here to see what that looks like
3. You review the proofs and we discuss corrections, changes in design or alterations.
4. I will send you revised proofs until you love your card.
5. Once I receive approval for the final proof, I will send your card to print.
6. You will receive tracking info on your order within typically within 2-3 business days of approval of the final proof.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
To design your postcard and send to print I will need the following:
- Digital files of your images with the following specifications:
- format should be .jpg or .tiff
- 300 dpi resolution
- 6" x 9 " physical size
- Files can be emailed, or you can mail a disk to:

- Text for your card, either in an email or attached as a word document
- Any ideas or requirements you have regarding the layout of your card, for example:
- which text and images go on the front and the back
- color and style preferences
- does the card need to be mailable?
- I will also need to know the size and quantity of the card you are ordering, and a UPS shipping address.

TURNAROUND TIME:
In most cases, Postcards for Artists is able to have a card delivered to your doorstep faster than most printing companies. Typically, your order is shipped within 2-3 days of approving your layout.
The entire design process, from the time I get your materials to the time your order arrives, is usually under 2 weeks! If you're in a hurry, it's possible, in some cases, to have your order arrive within 3-4 days from the time you contact me!
